Did you actually see a warrant to enter/search your premises and did they have a warrant to enter your girlfriends property?. I keep telling people, here in Scotland you don't have to give any information that may or may not incriminate you! The only information your required to give is your name and address you don't need to say anything you later rely on in court, that only applies south of the border How did they know about your girlfriend, her premises and the other dogs? was she also under investigation, again here in Scotland say nothing to the police!!e even if your under caution?, and you've spoken or consulted your solicitor. These foray's into your home cost the SSPCA and your local police authority money all its causing you is a bit of grief and not even that if you've done nothing wrong??

av had to much bother with the police and sspca so am thinking of selling some dogs am not sure what ones yet

No wonder there's so much shit flying around!

Why sell some dogs? Too much bother? There's a reason for that then isn't there surely?

IF you have nothing to hide, dogs are kept clean, housed well, excercised etc....... then why sell?

Maybe you should of thought about this before having so many dogs, however many that is.

am geting to much bother av been charged for killing a fox in 2003 then in 2007 got my dogs took off me for the badgers act but a was found not guilty and not had peace since so whats the point of keeping working dogs as pets when other people could work them that makes more sence to me mate and av got 6 dogs but a would be keeping the old ones

So a conviction for the fox. What conditions from the courts came with that charge?

Concrete evidence must have been used against you, the CPS fired that one home!

As for the Badger offence, must of been "Badgers Act 1973" not the Badgers (Further Protection) Act 1991?

Powers of court where dog used in or present at commission of offence.

i no how you feeling mate back last year i helped a woman from my village her king charls went down a badger hole and she was screeming so i went to see what was up and seen her dog rolling around covered in blood with a bager ripping into it so i let my dog go for the badger and i got her dog and rapped it up then booted the badger off my dog and he went back and killed it. then she started screaming at me for alowing my dog to kill a animal aswell as me booting it off my dog. i took my dog to the vets and to my luck she was there and started again. i explained to the vet what happened and he was on my side. telling her she should be thank ful for me getting her dog back while it was alive. a few days later i had the police at my door for a statment and they were trying to take him away so i took him to a friends left him there for a few days animal wardens came to take him and him not being there was very funny on my behalf i told them i had givin him away. have never herd nothing since

Feck me!! you never mentioned any of this on your original post eg: you were allready on their radar? Why were your dogs taken of you in 2007 if you were found not guilty?? In 2003 you said you were charged for killing a fox!! what were the circumstances, did it go to court and did the buggers get a conviction?? and what's with telling half a story at the beginning?? people are trying to give help and support and only being told the minimal amount behind the tale
