Fantastic pictures, thanks for sharing them. It looks like the air is so pure there. Have you any photos of what your area looks like in the summer? Do you camp in the tents with reindeer skin? Is it cosy in them?

i have a few pics of summer, we no longer sleep in those tents as it takes up more space than other tents due to the amount of wood you need to keep it up

What happened with the grizzly?

the grizzly was a little too close to my buds cabin while he was out campin with his family :)

maybe you could have scared the bear away? hehehehehe... i should think it would be like a macdonalds burger trying to scare off an obese person...(you just know they'll be back later lol).

nunavut guy... theres a law here about wood pigion, your suposed to try all means to scare them off the land or crops befor doing something.. so then your neighbour has to scare them back lol.. then you scare them the othe other way. As far as i can make out the idia is to time share the birds so they eat everyones food lol.. ( little sarky joke but very obvious).

so, do you play scare the bear very often? and do the neighbours kids like to play too? hehehehehe... think i'd employ the run away tactiques...lol. (or shoot it!..).
