Miss Tarka 3
You shouldnt clip her when shes older....the pomeranian's coat should'nt be clipped as it will ruin the texture of it and will grow back twice as thick and fluffy and the same goes for long haired chihuahuas....depends if shes bred to a smooth haired or a long haired chihuahua to what her coat will bev like...if she is pom x with a smooth haired chi then theres a chance she'll take to the smoother coat with some slight feathering maybe...if not then her coat will be between the pom and the long haired chi which generally requires daily brushing... But if you do decide to get it clipped then im sure a local groomer will give you some good advice... Hope this helps Atb Miss T x
ferreter.al 22
iv never seen or heard of a pomchi but depending on the length of the coat mate i would hand strip it and just keep on top of it with the brush.i use a coat king stripper for my cockers,we would never have them clipped, there coats go all curly after a while but thats just me.
