I know it depends on the size of the bird, just interested The peruvian race Harris's are pretty small so you would expect them to be light compared to some other races! weights vary by one falconer to another and obviousley the sort of flying condition the bird is in, a fit IN condition bird with its metabolism pumped up will fly heavier than somebody who just gets out and flys on the odd day. the other thing you have to take into consideration is the falconry techniques used and also how the bird was reared ....
