benhunter 1 Posted March 28, 2009 Report Share Posted March 28, 2009 Hi everyone, As this seems like a friendly forum i just wanted to say hello and introduce myself... Although i used to shoot with air rifles as a kid and rifles in cadets, I only started shooting game when I got my shotgun licence four years ago. Various friends took me out rabbit shooting with a .22 and this year i got my FAC (.22 and .243). Two weeks ago i shot my first deer (a Chinese Water Deer). It would be fair to say i have got the bug. Although i am sure i will post a few things in the future, i just want to say that i couldn't have got back into shooting (and hunting) without the help of the three or four people who have advised me and been massively generous with their time, knowledge, equipment and skills.
