adam s 32 Posted June 12, 2009 Report Share Posted June 12, 2009 I like to get all the tender cuts of a rabbit, which there isnt much so get a few rabbits and i put them in flower thendip then in a mixture of milk and egged wisked together then in bread crumbs and pan fry them, it tastes very good and the meat of the legs which is tougher i just cut that of and put that in a stew. biwain 0 Posted June 15, 2009 Report Share Posted June 15, 2009 Paunch rabbit asap, whip his jacket off while he's still warm cos it's easier, then stick him in the fridge till he's firm. Use a sharp knife ( get a grown up to help you ere as in blue peter ) and bone all the meat off him ( 2 back legs, 2 nice fillets down his back and a bit on front legs ) Bang it through a mincer and burger it with salt, pepper and loads of fresh sage. or. Cube it and fry it for around 7 minutes in any type of stir fry. Bloody georgeous! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
