Guest SJM
I suppose it could have fell out his pocket these things do happen but I think most folk would be as gutted at losing a mates money than losing their own and would offer to replace it at their own expense. Has DD offered to do that or has he just blanked the issue? If you 2 had a good friendship prior to this maybe its worth working it out? Trust me, if you do the internet is NOT the medium to use to do it

lurcher-lass 1
to cut a long story short, they guy said he would pay for the dog, ok spot on, next thing he could only pay for him 2 weeks later, ok as a friend of his we took his word that he was a sound guy. few weeks pass, oh he says the lad who had the dog has been sent to jail, so he had to sort the money out with his mother. |By this stage it was getting a joke and we both knew where the money has falling (into his pocket). Next few months passed with chid still pestering him for the money, ok he says my dad has it ill pick it up when i have time, great we where getting somewhere. OK MAYBE NOT another few weeks pass, chid rings him and says he really needs the money of his dad as we where moving and needed it at the time. Oh then he comes of with sorry iv lost your money??? got it of my dad but it must have fell out of my pocket. Think he could have came up with something better than that, or maybe even just payed us are money back, but there always was an excuse made.
