We can get them on destruction of property when they pull fences down, but other than that we just have to tell them to sling their hooks. So next time in London...when I jump the fence of some grandma's garden and walk around there, stand a bit and have some lemonade...I am allowed to do that as I don't disturbe or litter and she has to use reasonable force (?) to get me out.
