Malt 379 Posted March 22, 2009 Report Share Posted March 22, 2009 Good luck mate! A good tip, is to keep the beam of the lamp towards the front of the rabbit. The rabbits don't like running into the spot of the beam, and sometimes you can even stop a running coney by using this method. It's often overlooked when lamping, but having a good man on the lamp will increase your bag size. Quote Link to post

njc110381 0 Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 The main rule I'd always say to someone new to lamping is never shoot between a set of eyes until you can clearly see what they belong to. A Fox and a Dog look very similar, and I have heard a story about some animal lover with night vision goggles getting shot in the head before! Remember your backstops and have fun. Quote Link to post
