RIP 'Brock'...

Recommended Posts

hi B, sorry to hear you lost your dog. As he died doing what he was bred for then you can have no complaints, you done your best by the dog, by giving him the work. It is also refreshing to read about a dogs pros, and cons as such a dog in many other mens kennels would have been studded to all comers. Honesty in the dog game is rare these days....respect.

coudnt agree more ! well said

Cheers for that B.Q and Diggory, like you said I try to be honest with my dogs ( terriers and lurchers), it's the best way IMO, like I've said and never hid the fact...the dog had his faults but like Stevolad has also said if you put the dog in an occupied earth then you were getting your quarry with the dog ;) . Stevolad, in regards to getting a pup from the same breeding I'm not sure, I like the build of the dogs, they are good strong things and can hold difficult quarry also they're rock steady with other dogs which is another good thing, but a bad point was like has been said the false marking, but that might have been a one off??...I might in the future but not for a while, I'm going to try a few different strains of workers and hopefully stick to the one I'm happy with.
