Guest Catcher Posted March 24, 2009 Report Share Posted March 24, 2009 it says somewhere on basc that all birds even like crows have to be classed as a pest first and if questioned by police you have to state that you have tried other means of pest control such as scarecrows and that shooting them is the last resort..... so yes ducks would have to be classed as pests....
