SwissTony 0
Some of these are free, some are not, but could be Lavasoft for anti spyware. Zonelabs zonealarm for firewall. F-secure or avira for antivirus. Stay well away from norton bulkware. Download firefox to replace internet explorer. Download Noscript addon for firefox (http://noscript.net/)

Download Noscript addon for firefox (http://noscript.net/) Ive started using Comodo(firewall), and it is to me an excellant programme, and you get updates and instructions on how to use it and make the most of it. I kept on changing from Avira to other free programmes, but am sticking with it for now, as it is trusted and works very well for me.
