It will heal - but it might not heal well and may result in a permanently lame dog, or the need to amputate it if it goes necrotic. Depends on the type of fracture. Has it been looked at by a vet? See if she has feeling in the end of it by pinching it, if she does I would advise bandaging the whole foot over the hock. Put cotton wool betwwen all toes and around foot, bandage upto hock. Ensure not too tight. Put buster collar (elizabethan thing) on and cage rest dog, supervised i.e. in house.
