ok I ' ve decided to strip the lakie, but have never done so and am looking for a proper description as to how to do it and what with. Any pics or web sites showing the process greatly appreciated.Thanks

Heres a website for you, if your dogs a working lakeland though remove most of the leg hair as well rather than leaving too much on like a show dog. leave the facial hair.

Thats what Im after righ there. thanks so much now i just gotta find a shop that sells those stripping blades.

I use the cheap magnet blade works ok on my lakie.

I also use a mars medium blade but that is more of a comb to remove the longer hairs
