Guest AngelicAcid
Seen as though spring is here, and the dogs getting out and about , this type of weather brings all sorts of unwanted trouble, so what do yous carry for an emergency, ie piriton - for stings, any other suggestions, ie poison, heat stroke, minor cuts etc.

dangergirl 13
sterile sticthing kits, clorhexadine, hibi scrub, dry dressings, vet wrap, lidocaine, syringes, s/c antibiotics, vet glue, hypo stop........the list is endless, just depends how prepared you want/need to be. My whippet is nearly 10 months old and ive stiched him 3 times rangeing from a tear the size of a 10 pence to a 2.5"-3" tear. Obviously only treat the dog if you definately know what the cause of the problem is....and if you are sure of how to cure it. DG
