indiana 1 Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 Any idea what this is , its smaller than a grain of rice and very green It looks like a potato leaf hopper to me. We get them in the hay fields by the millions over here. We have to spray the hay fields to get rid of them or they kill the hay.
