No worries bud... if you don't input the correct pellet weight in grains you won't get a correct reading... Hold down the RST button the screen will go blank then give you the pellet weight input screen. enter you weight in there and then re-test. ones shot through you can push the other two buttons and they will give you the different results Hope this helps Rob Quote Link to post

They tend to be fussy how you mount them...possibly just not breaking the beams with the .177, have you tried a bit of adjustment, seems strange it's just the .177, can't think of any other reason!
