Guest mickyrichardson
If the solutions above don't work, then record every incident and keep the Environmental Health Dept of your local council well informed im sure it can be resolved without councils involved things shouldnt have to come to that Depends mate, she don't sound like she can be arsed to do anything about it of her own back. There's only so long you can be neighbourly. i understand mate but surely it wont come to that she gotta see sence soon as i think im gonna tape it tomorro then go have another chat maybe get her to stick a elec collar on it i'l make it do backflips

shepp 2,285
Get the environmental health officer at the council involved, they are normally good to deal with and you are paying for it in your council tax anyway (if you pay council tax that is)

donk 12
My 2 howled when i moved out from my missus and got a flat,my neighbours didnt approach me,instead they got the Arsepca. I tried 'beeping' collars and them 'spray' collars but they were no good,i was ringing round lads asking if they wanted my dogs or knew anyone who might want them as i was at my wits end. Finally a lad who used to get on here put me onto electric collars. Im a right soft shite with my dogs, didnt want to do that to them, but i had no choice,it was either use the collars or lose the dogs. The collars worked, only took a day with the young dog, took 2 days for the older bitch. I think youve been pretty fair with her if youve tolerated it for any length of time and i wouldnt feel out of place asking her to fit her dog with a shock collar. I personally would try other stuff before involving the authorities, but if it persists you may have no choice but to involve them mate.

sauer 2
you can have a caravan in your drive if you want nowt illegal wi that my neighbour tried to get me to move my boat off o MY drive...told to piss [bANNED TEXT] off after politely telling her bout 4 or 5 times no. if they were flinging shite into my garden id put it thru her letterbox... honsetly some folks just should not be allowed to keep dogs....better still put them in a fecking kennel all their fit for i would try taping it and easy approach but if she just fobs you off again tel her its rspca enviromental health the bloody works..... remember not only for your peace n quiet but for better mental health o the poor bloody dog left on its own for hours n hours sauer
victor 10
my uncel had that probalme back in western australia, he also has a .22 airrifel, he rooled a bit of tin foil up into a ball and when the dog would wine he shot it in the bum cheek, worked second shot,
mackay 3,400
Don't get the council involved mate unless your sure your 100% in order yourself, IE the amount of dogs you have etc. Best solve it on a personal level.
wetdogsmell 99
the bloke 3 doors downs dog kept waking me up so i got his number from the phone book and rang to tell him every time it woke me, it soon stoped
