mouse 282
ive got the d3 with transmitter.spot on.mix it up with the bellman sometimes and work fine together.only thing i think the ortovox needs is a stronger collar because i think the collar may be a bit under pressure in certain situations. hue jeers 6
Ive used Bellman, Ortovox and Barryvox. I prefer the Barryvox although the others are just as accurate, the Ortovox quite a bit cheaper too Quote Link to post
Rabbit Hunter 6,613
I've been using the Bellman & Flint for the past two seasons, never had a problem with them, always right on the dog and the batteries rarely need changing, very durable and waterproof...top notch... Quote Link to post

dog fox 16
the orto collar is a sealed unit and you cant get to the insides ,so if it goe,s faulty is useless unless still under garantee ,the bell can be striped right down and new parts added ,never had no probs with the bellman collar its the box i dont like ,so as before its going to be bellman collar with barryvox pulse and all the readings are accurate so that,ll do for me Quote Link to post

dog fox 16
yeh you right mate it is a good collar , i have 1 of each but i think the bellman has the slight edge and is better attatched to its collar + an extra 20 meters ,but you seem happy with yours and thats all that matters at the end of the day ,good luck with it and hope you get plenty of digs with it mate Quote Link to post
