lurcher lass 9
some nice dogs there, good pictures from world hunter cracking looking dog you have there, , to be honest ive never sein a collie x run day or night , allways had bulls, , seems funny that it ok to put pre ban pics up with collie xs, but if that was a bul x then there would be a slight change in what people were saying, am not starting no argument just stating my views, great topic keep it going, atb , ,, ,, honest point,,,some nice dogs being shown though Quote Link to post

davidlloyd 16
some very nice dogs here now keep them coming. . Lots of Collie fans reading this. What do you all think about putting a little Bull blood? Only if needed; some Collies don't like the sharp end of some quarry. We are talking pre-ban, obviously, this would only count if the ban was lifted. I know some on here have very handy Collie crosses and if you're lucky enough to have a very game one they are as good as you can get. I could never find the right Collie stud dog years ago and did put some Bull blood into my line, with good results. Can't say they're any harder than their grandmother but definitely have more jaw power, which obviously makes them more efficient at their job. Just wondered what other people thought about this? Will try to post a couple of pics of a litter brother and sister I kept back from my litter out of Blacky, bred to her full brother Zak. So these pups are Collie Greyhound Bull Greyhound x Collie Greyhound Bull Greyhound. Pics not uploading at the moment but will try again later. Quote Link to post
