My little Rescue Dog...from LukeD

hello all

 

I,m just posting this pick for young LukeD,because he did a good thing for this dog and he got a bit of an ear bashing at the time..

It was,nt his dog..it was in the hands of some young lads who had just about ruined her..she was in a right mess...smashed to bits and ready to be PTS .

I only took her to save her from the shit she was in...and young luke did,nt want anything to do with the scummers who had been abusing the dog.

Anyway after a few hundred quid and plenty of love from my young lad..you could say the dogs fell right on its feet.

she,s doubled in weight,,had a manicure(feet were in a state like ive never seen) had the teeth done at vets,been jabbed up and chipped,started getting her fit..now she,s stopped coughing..and she,s coming on well...looks 10 years younger already...she,s marking up well with the terriers..and looking like she,s gonna make a tidy little mooching dog..my wife and young lad love her so much and she,s now found a place at the bottom of the bed everynight..

THE DOGS FOUND A HOME FOR LIFE HERE ... SO NICE ONE LUKE.

FATE ...simple as that...i havnt had a lurcher for over 20 years...and said if i ever did,it would only be a little un.. none of them big bulls or saluki types for me...too big and too hard to keep fit..no matter what they say.

ive had a good few in my time as a young lad with plenty of energy,but nowadays im more inclined to taking it steady..hehee..but i must admit i was running down field other night when i went out on lamp with an old mate and his old dog... i just want to get her out a few more nights on lamp to see what she,s made of before end of season..i know it already end ...but its in a good cause.. just so i know where i stand with the dog for next year.

 

any invites local to south yorks ?
