stubby 175
have always been on the lookout for some sort of meat grinder/mincer, as sometimes when feeding the dogs chunks of rabbit, they tend to wolf it down way too fast, then chuck up later, anyway my missus was scouring the local oxfam shop, I just mentioned the old fashioned hand mincers, and the old girl serving dragged one out for me, bargain price of a £1 anyway at that price, thought it was worth a try, bolted it together and made a frame for it, to raise it up a little, thought it wouldent cope with too thick a bone, so used the axe to chop the rabbit into chunks, minus the backbone, arse end and rear knee joints and below, head and feet are removed before rabbits go in the freezer to aid getting more in, any everything else went through easy as anything, and within a couple of minutes had one minced rabbit for the dogs, probably not a great idea for those needing to mince everything on a larger scale, but for thouse that want to mince a single rabbit or two, it'll work great

Now you've said it works, I'll be back to pick it up, some time in the week I reckon. Have you tried any chicken in it? I'm guessing chicken would go through just as easy if not easier. Good stuff mate!
