thanks for replies stabs / moll. cheers i'll give it a try :good: ozz is a young dog that caught a few rabbits in the lamp and a few out ferreting. he is around 18 months and ready to go :D there has been a marked change in his behavour over the last few weeks that tells me i was right to hold him back . and i'm sure the time is right to give him his head :good: so fingers x.ed oh and he is 23 inch to the shoulder. and got reserve champion at a show earlier in the year :yes: will try more pics later. cs i got this cross as i could'nt find a decent working type beddie cross.

Nice looking dog.How many of them came that blue colour.

Most of the litters of wheaten lurcher that I've saw had a few of that colour.

 

the rest of the litter i saw were lighter in colour and oz was a heavier pup. with more bone he took to the wheaten i have a pick of his sister i'll dig it out here's oz before a haircut. looks more terrier like
