Guest bald eagle1
need some advice my female harris was a bit vocal last season she is 1 year old and will be out of moult within next 2-3 weeks, her last 2 tail feathers are half way down. I possibly flew her too early last season with a male harris as i noticed when out herself she was alot less vocallly. She is pretty wild at the moment and hasnt seen any food presented by me.Question is once moult is finished should i have her teethered down in total darkness or hooded??whilst droping her weight, obviously she is silent at moment top weight. i know there are many reasons for some birds being vocal but has anyone managed to stop it? The male will not be flown with her till sep/oct he is away breeding and belongs to Hawk i. Dont tell me to get rid of her as shes a rapid killing machine i just want a silent assasin Quote Link to post
