Just had a quick look........the snaring section is quite in depth and informative........some useful snippets in there. The setting height for fox is wrong though.......these want setting at approx 10 ins high........not the 6 to 8 ins as is suggested that is just asking for trouble. Maybe the foxes are a lot smaller in the USA?

WE HAVE A LOT TO BE THANKFUL FOR , WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OLD SNAREMAN HAS PASSED ON ........ OR WE WOULD STILL BE SNAREING WITH SMALL NOOSES , SET TOO LOW AND PASSING THE UNTRUTHS ON TO OTHERS !

i think the red fox is quite a bit smaller in the USA ,most are around 10-12 lb from what i,ve read
