A gang of us used to hang around the chippy and five minutes before closing time we would ask for a bag of scraps inn the hope we would get few chips mixed in with them!!!

Thats why you wanted to go the chippy late on the time you where here..... old habits die hard :whistling: when there was snow on the ground we would retrieve a car bonnet from the scrap yard, you should of seen the speed a gang of us would get on the local golf course, the jamacan bob slay team wouldnt of stood a chance ..... imagine the health and safety lot them days, they would of ruined our youth with there can and cant mentality. Robbie Williams has a verse in a song of his "youth is wasted on the young, before you know its come and gone too soon" i can hand on heart say the council estate i grew up on doesnt reflect these words , we had some fun.
