Meriln2008 0
Wire mesh or Weld Mesh? I'm thinking weld mesh would be his best bet for it's rigidity. Use a sturdy bench, couple of G clamps and a bit of 4x2 to form it. A set of heafty side cutters or small bolt croppers for cutting if more than 16ga. easiest would be got to nearest sheetmetal/fabricators there's always a few nearby. >>>>>

When I was on the fencing we used it quite often and it is excellent stuff, very durable. I'd recommend it.

craftycarper 0
oops i missed that as well, weld mesh was what i was refering to. Never seen any in my B& Q mega store, only the crappy wire stuff wouldn't suit a rabbit hutch
craftycarper 0
this is who i used to deal with, but as i said they don't do the sheets that were seconds any more.. http://www.jwfencing.co.uk/wirefencing/welded_mesh.htm

Once its open though it is pretty easy to work with and put up compared to other types of fencing. Good stuff once it is up and you can't go far wrong with it IMO, good strong stuff it is. You'll cut it easily with a Stihl saw, but we used to use a pair of bolt crops to chop it down.
