BlueCoyote 0
i live in florida so i have all the seafood i can stand. honestly though i PREFER oysters clams and mussels - like what you get in a chinese restaurant. dont know what they're called but they're good. steamed clams, or Oyters Rockefeller - steamed, Parmesan cheese and what ever else - or just plain steamed... DO NOT put my oysters in stew and if you are stupid enough to fry them for me you'll wish you hadnt. i hate fried anything.. and its an insult to fry an oyster. not to mention nasty.... everyone in my family(except for my husband) thinks i'm disgusting and crazy because i'll gladly eat a raw oyster over a plate of peas and carrots. just last night i was out with my husband on St George Island eating oysters and drinking rum & coke. and if i get sick and die from it at least i'll die happy Edited March 9, 2009 by BlueCoyote
