Kenny.B 1
I had a bit of a shock this mornin. Got home after a night out, (working then playing,) checked on the dogs, to find the run meshing had been peeled up from the bottom. As you can imagine i was gutted! All sorts of feelings rushing through my head. Why did i stay out, were are the dogs, Hate, and most of all that some p***y bas*ard had been in my property and stole from me. After the initial dash round the area looking for them, and asking the neighbours (who of corse saw or heard nothing) I got in the car and had a drive round. Couldnt see them anywere. I got home, sat ther a while with the thought in my head of what i was going to do to the people who took them, and decided to go out for one last walk round before calling the police. Well, i got 100yrds up the road and i saw a oldish guy who i reckognised, walking towards me with what i thought was his dogs. I then reckognised them to be mine!! I was thinking ther is no way he stole them, is ther?? As we got close, he shouts out, "these are yours arnt they?" Obviously i said "yes!" with great relief. The dogs at this time were goin mad with exitement. The old boy said early that morning he was out getting his paper, when he saw a couple of youngish lads with the dogs, he reckognised the dogs and challenged the lads of ther wereabouts. They legged it. So he was good enough to hold the dogs for me until he saw me in, and returned them. I have now secured my run, but am looking to upgrade to a metal pannelled run. I consider myself very lucky indeed, and thanks to the guy for doing his part i the dogs welfare. I guess the moral of my experience is, ther are still arse*oles nicking dogs, so keep what is important to you locked and safe. Needless to say, i phoned round and informed everyone in my area who keeps dogs. Thanks for reading, just thought ide share with you all. Kenny.

Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
Brill, sometimes the 'oldies' are a godsend. I've had a 75 yr old walking my dogs with me for last 4 days cos she's BORED. She knows everyone & know who's dogs live where. Well done the guy for challenging the lads & if it helps NETTO have had a security systems in on offer this last week. Still say we shouldnt have to go to these lengths but no one else is going to help
