Squirrel_Basher 17,100
IF YOU GET A VISIT FROM THE GOOD OLD RSPCA -THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER YOUR PREMISES WITHOUT FIRSTLY BEING INVITED BY YOU OR WITH ACCOUMPANYING POLICE OFFICERS .YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LET THEM IN WITHOUT THE POLICE PRESENT . IF THEY DO TAKE DOGS WITH POLICE PRESENT SAY NOTHING ,GIVE NO REASON FOR MARKED DOGS OR ANYTHING ELSE AND CONTACT A GOOD SOLICITOR STRAIGHT AWAY,PREFERABLY ONE WITH WILDLIFE KNOWLEDGE .EG CLIVE REES. ONCE HE /SHE HAS BEEN CONTACTED ,TAKE HIS/HER ADVICE TO THE LETTER . ONCE TAKEN ,IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM BACK WITHOUT THE COURTS HELP . DO NOT ENTER INTO DISCUSSION WITH POLICE OR RSPCA ABOUT WHYS OR WHEREFORES ,JUST BE POLITE[EASIER SAID THAN DONE I KNOW ] Edited March 7, 2009 by foxdropper Quote Link to post
shamo28 1
Also if they come with police they MUST have a warrant make sure the warrant states its the police and their guests ie rspca do not sign your dogs over under any circumstances or let them offer to get vetinary attention on your behalf Quote Link to post
