Miss Tarka 3 Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 Thats awful...sadly i get dogs in at work in that kind of state...but can never do anything about it as the way the rspca see it the owner has taken it to a groomers therefore is doing something about it.....never mind the 8/9 sometimes even a year this poor animal has been in this state.....makes me so angry....
