Has the lad got his dogs back yet? there only a charity how can they just take his dogs? the lad didnt know his rights, he got home they already had hold of the 2 dogs they wanted, he said what you doing with them? and they just said we are taking them and then off they went, no warrant was produced although the police were there one of whom was a fellow digging fella! they are trying to get him to sign the dogs over to them by saying they will let him off with a caution for stapling the wound.....muppets

brookie 1,193
all credit to you lal for doing this the rspca are a load of loonies and are so ignorant and thick skinned they wont take no notice of a petition my worry is if they got access to your email addy do they then target us would it be better to send it solely to the local mp and or organise a peacefull meeting with the mp to air these grievances i for one would certainly turn up and or donate some money to help him get a brief on the case if every one on this site just gave a fiver it would help him the rspca are really riding rough shod and taking libertys with us all now and its more than time we all stood collectively against them at any time now it could be any one of us could return home to no dogs having been taken by these loonies its more than time we fought back collectively
furdy 0
Signed.... they are not actually allowed to take your dogs unless accompanied by a police officer and then only with good cause. He would have to of been arrested and charged with an offence too. The best thing is to politely ask them to leave, they are on your property and are trespassing. If they wont leave you are within the law to eject them using reasonable force. A tip, if they come and you send them packing, move your dogs to somewhere else for a week or two. The idiots have a habit of coming back and breaking in.

labsnlurchers 39
signed what is the case for, what were the reasons for taking the dogs? the case they have is causing uneccessary suffering to a dog, the uneccessary suffering is from the wound being stapled, they have left his other dogs with him but keep driving the van past his house, and trying to get him to sign the 2 dogs they have over to them and saying if he does he will just get a caution. the driving the van past his house to me is intimidation, because he is scared whitless of leaving the house and coming home to find his others gone.
