slip, course, kill 0
good blood and good training/conditioning will OVERALL out peform any thing else, theres always exceptions to the rules, always has been ,always will be ,thats genectics for you To a layman this and the above answer by carp777, seem to make the most sense, i do admit however that I know nowt I guess its really more of a question of how much you gonna spend to win and also possibly most importantly how much effort goes into training and conditioning (which I imagine is time consuming ), good lines, good knowledge, time training and entering properly seems to be the way to do it, just my take on it like, atb Richard ps, must be nice to own the genetic dog pound freak winner if your dog can kill three out of three in the winter wat the f**k does the blood lines come in to i think this was made for pedgerie dogs Quote Link to post

Look I dont want a drawn out argument with you.I am guessing by your posts, you are a young lad probably a traveller, would I be right? If you think running hares from April onwards is morally justifiable then thats your decision. Just don't try and justify it as schooling a pup,You can do that in September ,October. There are no hares around me anymore because Travellers from the nearby site used to walk the fields in Spring and Summer, kicking up pregnant Does and Leverets. And before anyone accuses me of bias against travellers ,I grew up with them, went to school with them, ran dogs with them ,and a couple of them are lifelong friends, just telling the facts. If you dont find killing leverets and pregnant does distasteful, how about killing off next seasons sport? Edited March 10, 2009 by inan Quote Link to post
