my dog Trigger

Ok......First things first.....Trigger that is an impressive bag and like i said in my last post on your last topic if it works or you then fair enough......

Secondly....most people were not doubting what your dog was capable of as such they were just asking for proof...and today you did that.....what they were doubting and disagreeing with was the way your pups are brought on at such an early age.....at the end of the day wether your 8week old pup manages to overcome obstacles and everything else thrown in its way with out injury then thats fine, but at 8weeks old a puppy is not fully vaccinated to go outside so could catch any disease going.....dont get me wrong after my jrt's first jab she was going on short walks to get her used to the lead...noises...little things she may encounter but not 4hour walks where she could say get quite a bad cut from a loose bit of barbed wire fencing or similar which could transmitt god knows what into her system......that was the main arguement that people were presenting......

The one thing that does confuse me is running dogs doubled up on a rabbit....i know you've explained your reasons for this many times so im not asking for you to do it again but still it confuses me......on your last post someone put that 'experienced dog dont collide with one another but inexperienced ones do'..or something along those lines..i can't remember who wrote this but i have seen experienced dogs collide whilst running doubled up and the outcome wasnt pretty....no surely putting two dogs on one rabbit is not the point of the sport....gives the rabbit less then a 50/50 chance of getting away and on quarry as small as a rabbit does come with greater risks of injury to ones dog.........

I dont really have alot else to say at then end of the day you have proved that Trigger does indeed do very well but it seems he would equally as well on his own yet appears you prefer to run him doubled up most of the time.....

one last thing though Deerman why do you keep calling Mickyrichardson Bigman???

because thats what he likes to come across as behind his pc because in real life he cant

im not a fighter im a lover :icon_redface: run along before its bed time :clapper:

It,s disgraceful i have never heard anything like it in my life, what the poor rabbits must go though

Listen you is there anything wrong with having a little bit of respect for the quarry you run sorry if i like to be a sportsman :feck:

i was not going to write ,but you say having a little respect {YOUR FECKING KILLING THEM} :wallbash:

yes he is, but he's giving them a chance by running them single, with rabbits the way they run up and down the hedge if 1 dog is slower at turning thn the other the rabbit will be running in between the 2 and almost definitely caught

YOU SHOULD KNOW YOU BEEN AT IT LONG ENOUGH

you miss the point! as quickly as possible! the key word here is possible!

wounding happens, fact of life, but having respect means you do all you can to avoid causing suffering to your quary!

and no ive never left an animal to die a slow and painfull death ive got too much respect to do that!

if i wound anything when shooting every thing else is put on hold untill its brought to hand and despatched!

cheers

Right jessy i had no problem with you originally....you did nothing on the other posts but stir to get a reaction but it made you happy but now your just annoying me.....but as for the first quote of yours about respect...I too was taught as a child to respect my elders..dont back chat and learn from them but i was also taught by my nan to not take shit of my eldrs either.....now like us young'uns have to earn the respect of our elders the same goes for said elders....if you spoke to the younger ones on her with a degree of respect you would get the same back instead of the cheeky witty retorts that are so common.....you dont just get respect for being older then us it has to be earnt either way and as for the learning you have posted nothing of any merit or wisdom on either of theses post all i learnt yesterday is your friends with a man who owns reall good dogs that he made a lot of money with and that your going to get a bitch lined for free..oh and you have trouble spelling.....

and the second one......i dont know if you shoot and quite frankly i dont care...anyone who does knows that the aim of the game(excuse the pun) is to dispatch your quarry quickly and humanely....are you trying to imply that when you go out lamping you dont intend to kill anything....that you take your 'dogs' for some runs...they pick up...retrive live to hand..and you go home with several new family pets....come on wtf...

Hyperion has the definition of respect when it comes to quarry down to a T...as does Mickyrichardson...by running a dog on its own you give your quarry a 50/50 chance of getting away if/when its caught you respect said quarry by finishing it off quickly and as humanely as possible.....

all these posts are ending up the same because apparently we young'uns or whoever are not allowed to voice our opinions with out being told we're wrong as such and to be honest there are going round and round in circles with the same old insults and no helpful advice and quite frankly its gettin boring and im getting dizzy..........
