ABDog 0
Jab's mean nothing mate they may cover the dog for distemper/parvo and a few other thing'sThey may indeed.. But let's face it, parvo is normally only fatal to the very young, very old or dogs not in good health. Annual vaccinations are becoming a thing of the past.. it's not always easy getting a vet who'll use single vaccines though. While vaccinations provide some protection, the percentage (of protection) isn't always as good as people are led to believe.. Quote Link to post
marko 30
make sure you clean the bite properly and add some antiseptic cream to it twice a day for a few days just to be on the safe side this is what i do with my dogs when they get bit keep an eye on it that it doesnt swell or you may need a antibiotic jab about 15 quid always wash and clean rat bites with antisepic ie dettol or such as soon as possible to stop any swelling. Toka 10
tcp works..and some use honey [good on toast as well] as it is an antiseptic with 'healing' properties...you're right to get advice and be a bit concerned but dont worry overly... Quote Link to post
