Toka 10
Hi...what a good day out it was, together with plenty of sunshine....came away with loads of goodies and slightly sun tanned [or at least it feels it] Just like to say thanks to all the Terriermen and Lurchermen who took time out to stop and say hello...loads of good advice taken and for a newbie i got to dish out some advice as well. I was the one walking around with the Plummer pup............and no to all you cheeky t##ts i wasnt for selling him/giving him away or swapping him for a pork roll [which were well worth swapping someone elses dog for!!!!! ] More than one person said 'we all got to stick together these days....' and that is so true.....anyway just to say we had a great time and thanks...hope you enjoyed it as we did and hope to see you at Tatton later in the year... let me know what you thought!!!! fraggle 4
Me and the wife went up friday night and stayed through till suday 11 am. Had a great day saterday showed the pup and lost lol, had about 30 people ask me if she is a Hancock pup and a couple more asking to buy her, so wife brought the german sheppard in to sort them out lol. The shows where realy good we enjoyed the knights of the dammed. They did some good work, but i felt sorry for the owl display as he had problems due to this being there first flight of the season. Lots of goodies for sale, just had to get the haggling head on. Only down side was wasting a day waiting for a lad to swap my air rifle for ferreting gear and due to work and other problems could never make it. All in all a good day and met some great people. Oh did any one else sea the tea leaf who came running past the toilets with some gear he just nicked would of been saterday morning. Did he get caught i hope so. mooshka 22
Went on the Saturday.. Raced my Willow in the overs... She is awful in the show ring tho But had a great day !! Willow at Shugborough, won the over 23's straight racing. She is a small bitch at 23 and a half tts. I was very pleased with her as this was her first run since slicing her foot open on some flint in the field.

Paladin 0
I thought Shugborough was a bit thin on the ground when it came to traders but The British Shooting Show was on at Newark Showground the same weekend, went to that Saturday wish I had'nt bothered, although I did see some old friends there Shugborough was good this year, I believe the thief was stopped, I believe he tried to make off with something from Country Covers. I't will be good to see the gate numbers. Looking foreward to the Gamekeepers next month

Enjoyed watching the lurcher coursing. Must admit it was a better show than last year, better layout and the gundog trials wernt tucked away this year. Only down side was coming back to the van to find a dent in the door
