matty73 4 Posted March 1, 2009 Report Share Posted March 1, 2009 has anybody else heard of feeding jelly cubes to dogs to tighten feet sounds like a waste of jelly to me .got to add this pearl of wisdom was given to me by someone asking if i could spare a few rabbits as he hadnt had one for a long time the usual patter its nearly as uniform as the ITS NOT FOR ME ITS FOR THE KIDS when you have pups for sale .just wondered what stange advice anyone else has been gifted over the yrs did you try it and did it work . Jelly contains gelatine which you get from animals bones ,normally cows., it is benefical if your dog isnt getting a balanced diet,it strengthens the nails as well as other things. You dont have to give it flavoured jelly you can buy unflavoured gelatine So he was actually giving you some advice Quote Link to post

A bloke who judges quite a few shows once told me that you can cure a ruptured navel in a pup by taping a 50p on it for a fortnight .With inflation ,I suppose it would have to be a £2 piece ,nowadays!
