Those that know whats in the piccie will know how hard it is to get a photo of one of these critters in there normal clothes, caution is in there nature!

Been lucky enough to see 6 of these in the past, even two in the same field. This one lives a few miles from me, and have been watching it for a few years now, but getting a photo close up is a hard task with one of the most paranoid birds on the planet.

 

It will stay put whilst you are in the motor, but step out and it's away, usually around 500 yrds away, what sort of equipment would capture this rascal for some close ups? (And i don't mean a rifle!)
