aaronpigeonplucker 32 Posted March 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 duck getting better! moving a bout more and using both its legs now although still a little limp. and my view on foxes has changed. sure i'm not going to hunt them like i do rabbits, but if things get out of control i will. by the way foxes dont have runs like rabbits so how do you snare them? and do they have tealers like rabbit snare do? and would you have to snare them at different heights for cubs or adults? Foxs DO have runs like rabbits, They use the same runs.! fFnd a run put a dead rabbit or bird on it and put a few snares! Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Befor you start thinking abought putting out snares think obought how your gona kill the thing if you havnt snared it perfectly because i think at point blank your air gun would do it but i would recomend shotgun or rimfire even a captive bolt gun as you dont need a lisence Quote Link to post Share on other sites

It would be very inhumain and cause a lot of stress. Shotgun's the best answer for dispatch, why dont you put in for a Sgc and get a single barrel .410 or similar for the job?
