Deker 3,478 Posted February 28, 2009 Report Share Posted February 28, 2009 (edited) it varies from rifle to rifle powder charges and so on but reducing barrell lenth roughly equates to between 10 to25 fps per ins reduction in barrel length it can be worked out bit to complicated for me who cares if it shoots straight and youcan hit the target its a goodin Chap...we seem to be singing from the same hymn sheet, but this seems to suggest a bit more than 10-25ft sec reduction http://www.guntrader.co.uk/phpBB3/main.php ...but it is of course .223!!!
