BEARINATOR 2,867
Just keep trying mate, have you tried posting letters to them or offering your services to a gamekeeper, as gamekeepers often need a extra pair of hands at times, try and get some beating work when the season starts again (long wait though) Quote Link to post
col g 0
dont give in mate...myself and john-b were in the same boat.we managed to get on a couple of farms after knocking doors for weeks on end,now we have got quite a bit of land.we managed to get on another two permissions at the beginning of the week due to having a neighbouring farm.just be polite when youre knocking doors ,dont be too up front with the land owners,at the end of the day youre doing them a favour not the other way round.i hope all goes well for you and dont give up...it will finally happen for you sooner or later Quote Link to post
shepp 2,285
Did you dress the part mate? Maybe get insurance via BASC or Countryside Alliance. Could make up some simple printed leaflets with reasons for removing rabbits and maybe cards with all your details on. There are enough rabbits to keep us all busy and if we don't make good use of them the the mixy do it a lot less humainly. Good luck and keep trying. Quote Link to post
