Had him out this morning with another dog not the Russell in the picture and it jacked so I tried joe and he wouldn't go can't make sense of it

I've had dogs 25 yrs and still learning Lee,no one has all the answers pal,just get out and enjoy them,take what the experts say with a pinch of salt and always do right by your dog's. Atb dc
