Miss Tarka 3
I personally would find another vet thats more interested in helping your pup ten questioning her breeding....my old vet argued with me that my bitch was a lurcher because she was too tall to be crossed with anything so she must be a greyhound end of, he didnt even look at her foot the reason she was there...needless to say i dont go there anymore... Hope your pup is ok....Atb Miss T x

Kay 3,709
Surely a vet will see the animal regardless of its make up, as i see it any paid proffesional who becomes political in this way should be struck off
Bevwallis 7
I had a dog get really sick with poisoning year before last- i had to take him the vet even though i wouldnt normally as i had concerns over his appearance. As it happens the dog died after 5 days with them but they were totally cool so i would find another vet as a good one will have his priorites straight As far as the ear goes there are tiny bones there- but i havnt seen anything like you have described You know your dog better than anyone- i guess if you feel it gets worse or doesnt change you need to see someone. I would guess she has some swelling going on causing pain Best of luck whatever happens

Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
Still find a different vet, I'm suprised they even recognise what she is. Most of the dog wardens dont -everything is a 'staffy x' & no one said a thing. Hope she is now ok. You've been unlucky to have a vet who knows -
