Tyla 3,179
Went out with a mate, Parker and the new puppy Ollie for a couple hours this morning. i got Ollie at 7mths, about 4 weeks ago, he was a rescue and knew nothing . Spent the last few weeks getting him trained and broken to the ferrets and today he got to come and see what its all about. i kept him on the lead and he just watched but was very keen to join in, a little too keen at times! He did very well apart from that although he did try to be a bit possessive with a rabbit which got him punished by Parker and then told off by me! We had 6 in three hours in beautiful weather, had a pub luch and then went squirrels shooting, got 4, this afternoon. A very nice day! Quote Link to post

Tyla 3,179
Doddsy - he started out wanting to eat them but, fingers crossed, we've got that out of him now after daily training and now he ignores them just like the lurchers. it will be a while before i trust him 100% though Countrymon - the lurcher is a JRTxwhippet, he is 17mths old and we got him from dogger off here.
