STOP DOG THEFT

Recommended Posts

Chook,

How tight would such a collar need to be so's that it could not be pulled over the head of the average pin headed lurcher? Very very tight I would say.

Diggit,

Not sure about the idea of injecting such a chip into the muscle of my running dogs, the though of complications effecting the soundness of them is off putting. I would however certainly be interested in any product infomation that exists as it is interesting me.

Guest little lurcher

think about the logic here, if a chip can be implanted and is failproof of being removed, you then have the ultimate dog etc etc how much would it cost in tme money effort etc to replace that dog???? to pay even £500 would be worth chipping????if they were say £100 i would certainly consider having all of my dogs done , even if it meant getting a bank loan , to me they are priceless but a stolen bitch can be worth a fair quick buck if bred from asap, a tidy lamping dog could make someone a fast buck too being passed about to lord knows who and when fekked it would be disposed of

keep us informed please, id certainly be interested

If the chip transnits a signal then it must have a power source, if that's the case then how long does the battery last for?

Its a good idea but its bit like cat n mouse. Someone comes up with an idea to prevent crimminal activity then the criminal comes up with a genius way around it- its like its aalways been. lol

if it was that easy to get round they would not put them in milatry personal.
