I got my current Lurcher as an 8 week old pup free to a good home, 't ain't the sort of thing that happens frequently tho! buy the countrymans weekly and your local add rags, make sure you see the parents, and avoid pups living in squalid conditions. Never feel sorry for the runt get the biggest boldest pup in the basket. And never forget that a bad workman always blames his (or her) tools! Look for a colliexgrey or colliexwhippetxgreyhound, dog pup . Price-= 100£- 200£ is a fair price for a pup. Quote Link to post

Guest manda
We paid £100 for our lurcher (bull/grey x saluki/whippet/collie) he was 4 month seen both parents nothing special but he's 2 in april and with the time and training he's turned out brilliant does the job and we happy with that. Our saluki/bull/grey is 15month old out of good lines from our area and we got him free as he was just left so we on training him and he's coming on very well. But a pup you can train to what you want. Have a look on the site people on here are helpful but read some posts they'll be a breed that takes your fancy as we all have our favourites. good luck Quote Link to post
