Tikka T3 Varmint Adjustable stock?

Hi,

 

I have a Tikka T3 Varmint and was wondering if I can make the stock adjustable like the one on the Super Varmint. Looking at the pictures of the two, they look very similar and the Varmint has the hole in the stock but it is filled with rubber!

 

Has anybody tried to make their stock adjustable?
