Tallyho 181
dont matter how man you are or how tough, there will alaways be one animal be it dog or ferret that you will be sad to lose , that you have that tiny bit more of a bond with . Quote Link to post
doddsy1970 9
It sure is sad, but not worth losing any sleep over. Animals die, you just have to be man enough to not let it effect you. Some things are out of our control and we just have to get on with it as there is nothing we can do about it. Shame that is mate. You really are a fecking idiot aren't you!!! Your the type of person who opens gob first and engages brain last. Mooster, its sad to here of your loss but your words did her justice I hope the new team turns out as many happy memories. You could say that, but I think you'll find im entitled to an opinion in this country. I see no need for childish insults mate, grow up. Quote Link to post
Coatesy900 0
Oh, and maltenby, can you please show me any unrelated post of mine which is vaugly derogatory or contraversial without good cause. I dont think I have ever said anything to make you think that mate. Quote Link to post
Hob&Jill 258
Coatesy, most of your posts make you out to be a irritating smart arse trying to be more clever than everyone else. In what way does showing emotion for a dead ferret make you less of a 'man'? Try to answer that directly, not with bullshit. Quote Link to post
droid 11
It may surprise some of the nasty witches on here but I have a strong attachment to my ferrets. Yes it does. But it may be the sort of 'strong attachment' I have to my favourite fishing rod. Quote Link to post

And I didnt say it makes you less of a man. I probably worded it badly if thats what you thought, as I probably wouldnt be the happiest guy on the block if one of mine died. All I meant was theres no point letting something that is inevitable get you down too much, as it isnt going to bring the ferret back. Quote Link to post
mooster 1
well thanks for all your replies ladies and gents and for your kind thoughts. I'm away in London this weekend for the wifes birthday.I'd forgotten how much I hate all the crowds of people up here.....I always feel like crocodile dundee on his first trip to New york!!...Everyone else seems to be walking the opposite way to me in big cities don't you find? I can't wait to get back to the relative quietness of the westcountry tomorrow and then out in the fresh air for a mooch around. Thanks again . Cheers, Mooster. Quote Link to post
