longdog13 36
I went for a walk around our local woods today to excersise the Patt and Pup. there is some low growth with old copicing and the patt treed a Grey squirrel, after some sweet talking the grey decided to try a jump it wasn't destined to make, it then chose to try and outrun Ronnie, The patt, It lost, The pup was allowed to approach the grey only after it was 'really dead', no nasty suprises for the young un'. After some convincing she took to worrying the carcass impressively and even managed to crunch the bones! I think, nay hope, this a sign of good things to come. Fingers crossed. Doing me proud so far and thinks she's a lion , have to keep her restrained until she's big enough to provide the goods. Gotta love 'em. Plenty more tales to follow i'm sure.
