doga 50 Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 sort of at school quite a few lads in to it round were i lived,fishing,nesting,ferreting dad brought me a terrier when i was around nine or ten but me dad was a big influence,shooting and fishing.a freinds neighbour had a cast grey we hunted with and snaring we an old fella off the caravan park so quite a full child hood of it realy. whippeter69 88 Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 (edited) Went out with a mates brother from school ferreting when i was 8 and had my first airgun at 8, my first terrier at 12 and getting my first shotgun under my certificate in May when i turn 15. I do nearly all types of hunting, ferreting, lamping, working dogs, shooting, airgunning, trapping. But to top it off i started as a ferreter at the age of 8 and started buying Sporting gun and Sporting shooter and that led me to do a lot more forms of hunting. Adam-RunningDog 1 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 been fishing all my life and liked those type of sports, My dads mate used to bring deer home and tell me some crazy stories about his dogs but then always wanted to see it happen. Finally one of my dads mate took me out lamping and i loved every second of it it influenced me so much i done a big write up on it ha. after that 2 weeks later had my first lurcher then caught my first rabbit with her then started from there not i fertret with my mate Daniel on here, and got an air rifle which i use just as regular as the dog.
